Return Policy

Return Window We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at malenadufoodproducts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee, and all items are eligible for return — we have no final sale items.
